Q: Is Freshies® food safe?
A: Absolutely, we both train and practice strong food handling procedures even before the pandemic. Our deli managers are trained to national ServSafe standards. Deliveries are checked for dates and condition. We regularly check the temperature of our hot and cold storage and finished products throughout the day.
Q: Does Freshies® offer Contactless delivery, or Curb-side pickup?
A: Freshies now offers Online Ordering and Curb-side pickup! Delivery is not yet available.
Q: What happens if an associate reports they are ill?
A: Our team takes immediate action to evaluate the symptoms and ensures the right testing is completed before the associate is allowed to return to work.
Q: When an associate leaves the state and returns, what happens?
A: We mandate, in compliance with executive orders, that associates returning to the state must quarantine for the required amount of time, and provide a negative test result before they are allowed to return to work.
Q: Do you have sanitizers and personal protective equipment available for sale?
A: Since the inception of COVID-19, we have sought out and discovered suppliers of Masks, Gloves, and other forms of personal protective equipment as well as a variety of sanitation supplies.
